Am I allowed to bring my Children?
While we love and adore your children, we’re keeping the celebration mostly adults-only. If your children are included, their names will appear on your invitation. We hope you understand and are able to enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!
When is the Deadline for the RSVP?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 5th, 2025 so we can provide our venue with an accurate headcount. Due to limited space and our venue’s requirements, only guests who RSVP by the deadline will be able to attend. If we don’t receive your response by then, we will assume you are regretfully unable to join us—and your presence will be truly missed. Thank you for understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone who can attend! No RSVP, no attendance!
What is the Dress Code?
We’re so excited to celebrate with you at our cozy, rustic barn wedding that will be held indoors this fall! Our venue has a beautiful rustic charm that we love—but please note that our venue is Not Climate-Controlled, so temperatures may vary. However, we will have heaters on standby that we can turn on if needed. We kindly ask you to follow a Rustic Semi-Formal/Rustic Casual dress code—think elevated comfort with a touch of autumn charm! ***You’ll see a more detailed Dress Code Example of what our guests could wear below!
Dress Code Examples!
We’re going for a Rustic Semi-Formal / Rustic Casual look—think cozy, stylish, and barn-floor friendly! For the Gentlemen: Break out the dress slacks, chinos, khakis, or even dark blue/black jeans (yes, clean denim is welcome, but no jeans with holes!). Pair it with a button-down shirt, collared shirt, or sweater—and if you're feeling fancy, add a vest or blazer. A nice jacket or coat is also a smart idea—it’s fall y’all! For the Ladies: We love the look of midi or maxi dresses, nice jumpsuits, sweater dresses, or a casual fall dress. Layer it up with a cardigan, coat, or jacket for those crisp October temps. We DO NOT recommend wearing high heels due to the venue’s rippled, uneven flooring. Bottom line: Dress cute, stay warm, and be barn-floor savvy. As much as we love a clean aesthetic… ladies please avoid wearing white or ivory to our wedding. The bride called dibs on those colors (it’s kind of her thing that day). Feel free to rock any other shade under the sun—just leave the bridal tones to the bride. We promise there will be plenty of photo ops where you’ll shine in your own fabulous color! We can’t wait to see your fall fashion glow-up!
What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask guests to start arriving by 3:30 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seats, and settling in before we say “I do.” Thank you for helping us start this special moment right on time—we can’t wait to see you there!
Am I allowed to take pictures?
We kindly ask that you refrain from using phones, cameras, or other devices during our ceremony—we’re having an unplugged ceremony so our amazing photographer can do their job without distractions, and so you can be fully present with us in the moment.
After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like during cocktail hour and the reception! We’d love to see your candid moments—just scan the QR code on your table to upload your pictures directly to our Newlyweds App gallery and share them with us!
Am I allowed to post pictures on social media?
We kindly ask that NO Photos be posted on social media until we’ve had a chance to share our own. We can’t wait to relive the day together and appreciate your understanding and support. Thank you for helping us keep the day intimate, joyful, and beautifully captured!
Will there be an Open Bar?
We’ll be hosting a Pre-Selected Open Bar at our wedding—so drinks are on us! We kindly ask that you drink responsibly, keep the good vibes flowing, and know your limits. Shots are off the menu due to our venues regulations. No Outside Alcohol allowed! Let’s raise a glass, not the drama. We can’t wait to toast the night away with you!
What will the timeline look like?
Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so don’t be late—we’re not holding up the “I do’s” for anyone. Immediately after the ceremony, we’ll roll into cocktail hour with a pre-selected open bar and light passed hors d’oeuvres to keep your hands and stomachs happy. Then at 5:30 PM, it’s time to sit down, relax, and enjoy dinner—because nothing says love like good food. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
