Payment for Camp Olave Accommodation

- Please send an e-transfer to ccsmithubc@gmail.com by May 30th, 2024

- Cabin - $50 per adult and $25 per child for the two nights

- Camping - $30 per tent

*Please let us know the approximate time you will be arriving so we can make sure someone is there to meet you and direct you to your accommodation

**Please let us know if you have mobility restrictions and you need to park close to the reception area – we will be sure to save you a parking spot!

Staying at the camp in cabins

- You can arrive at any time during the day on Saturday June 29th, as there is no set check-in time

- You will need to bring your own bedding. We recommend sleeping bags as we will not be able to coordinate what types of fitted sheets you will need

- Bring towels and any toiletries you will need (with the exception of toilet paper)

- Any other food you will need outside of what we are supplying

- Cabins are fully stocked with cooking and serving ware

- Don’t forget your bathing suit and floaties!

- Guests will be required to leave the cabins as they have found it - these are not Air B&B’s and you will need to clean up after yourselves

- Check out time is 10AM on Monday July 1st

Staying at the camp in tents

- You can arrive at any time during the day as there is no set check-in time

- All campsites come with full kitchens, cookware and dishware, stoves and fridges. If you choose to use these amenities, please make sure you put everything back as you have found it and clean up after yourselves.

- Please take any garbage or recycling you make with you

- Don’t forget your swimsuit and towel!

- There is no wifi! Come for an unplugged weekend
