Are kids invited?
Peter and I love kiddos, however we have decided to have an adults-only wedding. Kick your shoes off and enjoy a relaxing night without the kids! We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day!
What should I wear?
We want everyone to dress up with us for our big day! Examples include suit or button down with dress pants and tie, dresses or formal jumpsuits. No jeans or casual wear please!
Please refrain from wearing white and purple (dresses) as those are the colors of the wedding party.
Can I bring a plus one?
If on the wedding invitation it states your name "& Guest" you may bring a plus one! We have limited space and want to celebrate with our closest friends and family, so we ask you not to bring a guest if not stated on the invitation.
When should I RSVP?
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP before April 10th, 2025. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will be marked as "not attending" due to vendors' cut off dates.
Can I change my RSVP?
Yes! Life happens, if you are unable to attend after previously confirming, please contact Courtney as soon as possible so we can update our vendors. Thank you ◡̈
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Our ceremony starts at 3:45pm, please arrive at least 20-30 minutes early in order to have enough time to park and find your seat.
Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony. We want everyone to be present in the moment when we say "I do". Before and after the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!
Is the ceremony outside?
Yes, but the ceremony space is covered! The cocktail hour and reception will be inside.
Will there be an open bar?
There will be an open bar during cocktail hour. For the rest of the night beer and wine will be complimentary.
Will there be a shuttle available to the hotel?
Yes! There will be a shuttle that will take you from the reception venue to the Avid Hotel, where we have a room block. The shuttle will run from 8:30pm to 12:30am every 30-45minutes. If you use the shuttle, please make sure you have a way back to the venue the next morning to pick up your car!
Can I keep my car at the venue overnight?
Yes! Feel free to leave your cars at the venue overnight, but please make sure to pick them up by noon the next day.
