Please arrive to the church by 1:45 P.M., as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2 P.M. It will be a full Catholic Mass.

Let’s have fun and look good doing it! We ask that guests wear semi-formal attire. Examples for women would be dresses, blouse & skirts, blouse & slacks, or jumpsuit/pantsuits. Examples for men would be a sport coat & tie or a dress shirt & nice jeans. Please avoid wearing casual clothes and the colors white, cream or ivory. The reception will be on grass, so plan accordingly for ease and comfort after the ceremony.

The ceremony will be held inside the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Frontenac, Kansas. The reception will be tented outside at the Pollmeier Ranch/family home in Fort Scott, Kansas. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬, so please plan your shoes accordingly to ensure you’re comfortable!

Yes! Big or small, we love them all:) We just ask that you ensure they are included on your RSVP. To minimize disruptions during the ceremony, please utilize the cry room at the church if necessary.

Yes; however, we ask that you include them on your RSVP or we cannot accommodate them.

Out of respect for the Catholic Mass and the couple, please refrain from using your phone during the ceremony. If you do bring a phone inside the church, we ask that you turn it off or put it on silent. This is very important to the couple—thank you for respecting their wishes!
