Crystal & Javaune have known each other for a couple of years. It never crossed either of their minds that they would one day become one as neither of them were each other's type. It all started with a friendly conversation about a Korean BBQ Cauliflower photo that Crystal posted on her Instagram, as Javaune thought that Crystal was no longer a vegetarian.


Fast forward, the two became closer over time. At the time, Crystal was in a relationship. She tried to help Javaune find love with women she knew and her friends. Fortunately, it did not work out with either of them. One night after Crystal walked away from a toxic relationship, Javaune was there and never left her side. He was there each and every moment as she dealt with a broken heart.


Seeking a closer relationship with God, they both started a Bible study along with a couple of their friends. Shortly after, Javaune asked Crystal what she was reading on her own in the Bible. They became the best of friends and had Bible studies together.


Guess who fell in love first?


Jauvaune dropped hints here and there that he was interested in pursuing a relationship with Crystal. It all went over her head and friend zoned him by saying she was dating Jesus and not ready to be in a relationship. Until, he mentioned to her that she placed him in the friend zone. She then caught feelings for Javaune and picked up the clues he left for her. Until, one night she randomly asked him what he had meant about her leaving him in the friend zone. He confessed his feelings and told her he wanted to pursue a relationship with her.


Crystal was not looking for a relationship as she was afraid of having her heart broken again. Patiently, Javaune allowed Crystal to heal over time until she was ready. After fasting & praying, she decided to go with faith. Although she has prayed for a man like Javaune, God exceeded her prayers and she is blessed to go with #Jameseverafter.
