What if I want to stay extra nights before or after the wedding?
If you'd like to stay longer than the three-night minimum, the travel agent and resort will honor the same group rate for up to three days after the last day of the wedding block. Be sure to book your extra nights in advance to secure availability!
Is the transportation to and from the airport included?
Enjoy a stress-free arrival—transportation is included with your stay! Once your flight details are confirmed, our travel team will coordinate and send you personalized transportation instructions based on your arrival time.
Can I bring my kids?
Leave the kids at home — it’s your turn to be one!
We love your kids—we really do. But on our big day, we’re trading baby bottles for champagne bottles. Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration . So book the babysitter, dust off your dancing shoes, and get ready for a night of grown-up fun. We promise they'll forgive you... eventually.
What happens if I cancel my reservation?
Please note that by canceling your reservation, you may be subject to a penalty. Do I need my passport?
Yes, U.S. citizens must present a valid passport when flying to Cancun. This is a strict requirement.
What’s the dress code at the resort / restaurants?
Some of the resort’s restaurants have a casual elegant dress code in the evenings (think resort wear, no beach attire or flip-flops). We recommend packing accordingly so you can fully enjoy all dining options.
Are gratuities included?
Gratuities are included in the all-inclusive package, but feel free to tip extra if you’d like — the staff goes above and beyond!
