It all began when life had its own unexpected plans for us. Neither of us saw it coming, but from the moment we met, it felt as though we had known each other forever. Conversations flowed effortlessly, laughter came easily, and a spark was undeniable. Our shared love for sports and traveling brought us even closer. From cheering on our favorite teams to exploring new corners of the world together, every trip and adventure has been a chance to create unforgettable memories. With each journey, we’ve grown as a team, appreciating life’s little moments and rediscovering the joy of living. Then, on a magical day—December 16, 2024—in the breathtaking beauty of Cancun, our story took a beautiful new turn. With the ocean breeze and golden sunset as our backdrop, we promised forever to each other—the moment we got engaged will forever be one of our most treasured memories. Shortly after, on February 6, 2025, we made it official by getting married in a private ceremony, marking the start of our married life together. While it was a simple and intimate moment just between us, it laid the foundation for the life we’ve been building filled with love, laughter, and shared dreams. Now, as we prepare for our symbolic wedding celebration, we couldn’t be more excited to have you join us. From that moment on, they’ve been inseparable — so much so that everyone at school always saw them together and gave them the nickname “Double Trouble.”

Through the long, stressful days of grad school, Gabriella and the bride leaned on each other for everything: late-night phone calls, much-needed naps, endless laughter, heart-to-heart talks, crying sessions, long walks between classes, and comforting car rides. Gabriella has always been there to remind the bride to breathe, to slow down, and to take care of herself, all without being asked. The bride also got to know Joey while they both worked in the athletic building. From that point on, the three soccer players formed an unbreakable bond — not just on the field, but in life. Joey is without a doubt one of the most selfless, loving, and loyal people we know. He has been there since the very beginning, watching our story unfold from the talking stage, to dating, to engaged, and now married. He’s been a steadfast friend and mentor, always ready with a listening ear, a late-night snack, or a much-needed laugh. We asked Joey to be our officiant not only because he has witnessed our journey, but because he has been such a huge part of it — supporting us individually and together through every milestone.
