Dj and I met at my place of work and if anyone knows much of the story, he worked real hard to win me over! He spent countless nights (and money) just to come see me and flirt lol. There was a night pre- Covid and it was 2am and I was starving, Dj was in the building and he didn’t blink twice when I said I wanted breakfast at village inn. No one else wanted to go, so I agreed to go with him. I was nervous because we had never hung out outside of my work place but the food was good and the conversation was better! Though I was falling for him, I knew he was younger than me. Didn’t take long for my mother to say “if he’s a good guy, then who cares!” Which led me to invite him on a second date.. weeks later! But again, it was amazing! From there we spent most our time together and then the shut down for Covid started. We then spent more time together than ever and we knew we couldn’t go without one another. We took walks, we drank, we made memorable memories I’ll never forget! I had been saving to buy a house during this whole time and we started to get real serious, so we decided to buy one together and that’s when our lives truly melted into one. And long story short, now we’re engaged and I couldn’t think of anyone else or even dream of being with someone else! Cheers to being future Mrs. McGargill 🥰
