The wedding is Friday, November 7th 2025. There is a welcome party for the wedding party Thursday, November 6th. I would prefer the wedding party arrive by Wednesday/ Thursday morning. The rest of the guests I don’t mind when you arrive! Would love for you to come anytime before the wedding and everyone leave Sunday/Monday, November 9th/10th so we can enjoy the rest of the time for our honeymoon ❤️❤️

For two people and a king bed it goes anywhere from $2,382-$3,398 for five nights total for the couple depending on what room you go with. The travel agent can give you all the details and pricing depending on how many days you spend with us ❤️

We totally understand this is a big ask of our friends! If you can’t make it, we will have a reception to follow at home (Omaha) you’ll be invited too! Just let us know as soon as possible so we can get an appropriate head count!

Although tips are technically included in your resort package, you’ll want to bring some 1’s and 5’s for the bartenders and servers taking care of you throughout your stay. Keep in mind, your shuttle driver isn’t a part of the resort staff, so bring some cash for your transfer driver. Additional excursions or spa treatments are also not included and can be paid with a credit card at the hotel. ​

We work hard to ensure you receive the best rates possible. If you do happen to find a more affordable option online, just let us know and we’ll see if we can get the same price. This allows us to include you with the rest of the wedding party, so you all get the same group benefits.

Be sure to dress light and breezy, since the air will be warm and humid. For the ladies, nice sundress or capris with sandals is ideal. For the men, khaki slacks, linen shirts, and nice sandals/shoes as well. You won’t see many suits or ties, so unless otherwise noted by the bride and groom, keep it simple. If you’re still unsure what to wear, be sure to ask the couple for suggestions. ​

Gifts are not necessary! Making the trip out is a gift in itself, but if you desire, a card is a nice touch, or if you want to add a tour or spa treatment to our itinerary as something to enjoy at the resort the rest of our trip, that would be fun! The best thing to do if you run into room or flight issues is to contact the travel agent and or hotel/flight line. Flight and hotel are available by phone or email and their travel partners have 24/7 help desks you have access to. Please avoid getting the couple involved, as they will already have enough on their plate. Just be polite and patient, and things will get worked out as soon as possible.

We will plan on a reception 2026 as we dream of warmer weather and since we’re getting married November 2025, Omaha isn’t gonna be warm for a bit! TBD on the date for sure though! We are hoping everyone can make it to that 🥰
