C & K became official after C attended trial with a senior lawyer who suggested she go out on a date with the Chilliwack courthouse sheriff - "kind of seeing someone isn't official!".

C & K travelled to C's hometown for 48 chaotic hours. K loved the -53 with windchill weather.

C & K moved in together. After not liking any of the same places, they found the perfect view and spent many evenings dancing to Etta James in their empty livingroom.

C & K went to NYC for K's 40th. K decided C feigned enough interest in his love for NYC roads that she was the one.

C & K created a timeline of their future, looked at C's trial schedule for the foreseeable future and decided "F*** it, let's get married!" then proceeded to choose a date that put them several months behind schedule straight out the gate.
