We would love to host everyone, but due to the intimate nature of our venue, we can only accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. If a plus-one has been extended to you, it will be noted by name on your invite and appear in your digital RSVP portal. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We encourage guests to wear garden formal attire! We have provided some photos for guidance in our "Guest Attire" tab if you need any ideas.

The ceremony will be held outdoor (weather permitting). The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoor with the option to be outdoor on the deck, at the fire pit, or on the patio outside the bar.

We understand that a lot of our friends and family have little ones and therefore we would love for them to be a part of our special day!

I want to start by saying thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! It means the world to the bride and groom! We have provided everyone with hotels near the venue that you may book with for the night! This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to check availability and book.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. To avoid being late and missing anything we recommend arriving by 3:30 pm, to ensure parking and finding a seat before it starts!

We have hired an amazing photographer named Kari, and she will be there to capture all the special moments of the ceremony! We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion to avoid capturing them in the professional photos. Feel free to take as many photos and videos once the ceremony has ended.

The wedding will take place on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at Brindlewood Barn. The ceremony and reception details can be found on the Home page.

The closest airport to our venue and home would be the Appleton International Airport. A direct link to their website and the airport address is located in the "Travel" tab.

Free on-site parking is available at Brindlewood Barn. A golf cart will be provided for guests that may need a lift closer to the barn. Parking is also available overnight for guests to pick up their vehicle first thing in the morning in the event that they get a little too drunk ;)

The ceremony will be held on a grassy lawn, so we recommend opting for block heels, wedges, or flats. We want you to be comfortable and avoid any 'sinking' situations while we celebrate!
