About Marthas Vineyard

The Island

Martha's Vineyard is a small quintessential New England island in Massachusetts off the coast of Cape Cod with tens of miles of beaches, some calm and others surf worthy. The three major towns are Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, and Edgartown. Up Island are the quaint towns of Chilmark, Aquina, Menemsha, and West Tisbury.

Martha's Vineyard has inns and small hotels but no large hotels. In addition, it is also a popular vacation spot where people plan their trips months in advance. Please book your hotel accommodations ASAP to ensure the lowest rate and best location. Prime locations will be fully committed for the wedding weekend as early as the spring.
