Wedding Weekend Accommodations

HYATT REGENCY HOTEL
Hyatt has provided a room block for guests to use until April 10, 2025. The booking page for the room block can be accessed here.
The bride and groom and their immediate families will be staying at this location.
Rooms are available for both Friday, May 2nd and Saturday, May 3rd. You have the option to reserve both nights or only one based on your travel plans. Please note that room check-in time is 4PM, so if you decide to stay only Saturday night, please take this timing into consideration as the wedding ceremony will begin at 5:30PM.
If you are considering flying, Dulles International Airport is located just 20 minutes away from Reston Town Center. There is a direct shuttle service between the airport and the hotel.
Wedding Shuttle Transportation
We have arranged for shuttle transportation to take our guests directly to the wedding venue and back to the Hyatt at the end of the evening.
Prior to the Wedding: Two buses will pick up guests outside of the Hyatt Regency Hotel on President's Street at 4:30PM and will depart for the ceremony venue promptly at 4:45PM. This will be the only shuttle trip prior to the ceremony.
Following the Reception: Both buses will remain on the venue site to take guests back to the Hyatt Regency Hotel after the reception ends starting at 10pm.
