Gate open: Friday: 4pm-6pm & Saturday 4pm-5pm
Rehearsal: Friday @ 4pm

2:00 PM – Couple Checks-In 
3:30 PM- Ceremony rehearsal (bridal party checks in after rehearsal)
3:00 PM – Check-In – (Cabins not available before 3pm). 
5:00 PM – Bar Opens
6:00 PM – Dinner in Caldwell Lodge *RING CAMP BELL*
9:00 PM – Bar closes
8:00-10:00 PM – Campfire with s’mores
 



Saturday

8:00-9:30 AM Breakfast in Caldwell Lodge *RING CAMP BELL*

11:00-3:00 PM – Pool hours

12:00-1:30 PM – Lunch in Caldwell Lodge *RING CAMP BELL*

12:00 PM – Bride gets ready in Monie’s Cottage

1:00 PM – Photographer arrives

2:00 PM – Set up finished in Town Square

2:00 PM – SIM arrives for setup & sound check

3:00 PM – First look

4:00 PM – Shuttles arrive

4:05-4:15 PM – Seat guests for Ceremony

4:20 PM –Bridal Party Lines up for Ceremony

4:30 PM – Ceremony begins – arbor

5:00 PM - Ceremony ends / Bar Opens – Cocktail Hour

5:00 PM – Photographs

5:50 PM – Guests seat for Dinner

6:00 PM – Introduction of Couple

6:15 PM – Buffet Opens * DO NOT RING CAMP BELL. TABLES TO BE DISMISSED BY KENNOLYN

7:00 PM – Toasts: Right after last table goes through buffet

7:30 PM – Formal Dances

8:00 PM – Dessert station opens –

9:45 PM – Last Call

10 PM - Event Ends
