We will have the golf cart on site all weekend for anyone that needs help getting around. Once you are on site, you can let us know how many people will need a ride to and from the ceremony space and we will meet them in Town Square to give them a ride about 20 minutes before ceremony begins.

The gate will open and remain open from 3pm-6pm on Friday. We will open it for you when you arrive on Friday. If anyone needs to check in past 6pm we will have a sign in the parking lot directing them where to go to find their key and cabin assignment. The gate will also be open on Saturday from 4pm-5pm for the shuttle arrivals for the wedding.

We are working on adding a page to our website (Kennolyn.com) with photos of the cabins and more information for people planning to stay on site.

We will be assigning each couple/family their own cabins (with bathrooms, heat, no AC as the Santa Cruz mountains usually have mild weather) onsite for the weekend. There will be a link emailed to you to pay for the cabins (included in price is cabin for weekend and all food/drink and use of facilities including pool and sports equipment).

The ceremony starts at 4:30pm on Saturday. You can arrive up to a half hour before start of ceremony and have to depart when reception is over. You have to park at Main Street elementary school on north Main Street in Soquel, CA, and shuttles will bring you to and from your vehicles and event space, as space is limited in event parking lot. If you are planning on staying in a hotel instead, you can come for the welcome dinner Friday and brunch Sunday and park at Kennolyn.

Yes! Let us know if your planning on bringing your kids and if enough choose to, we will hire babysitter(s) for reception.
