Please refer to the travel page for even more info, but a hotel block has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Denver Lakewood. You can call 303-980-9200 and ask to book in Bates/Roskam Wedding or use group code WBR. The discount is specifically for Friday and Saturday night, but they will honor the discounted rate if you extend your stay before or after. Room discount ends 7/1.

You can request a ride from the hotel shuttle service on the way to the venue but will have to arrange other transportation to get back as their regular shuttle service ends at 8pm. Please coordinate this with the front desk.

Yes, the ceremony and reception are both located at the Mountain Crust Event Venue. The ceremony will take place on the open lawn, then you will proceed to cocktail hour on the roof, followed by the reception dinner and dance back out on the lawn.

There is parking available at the venue. It has 30 spaces + 2 handicap. Cars are welcome to stay overnight until 10am Sunday.

They have overflow parking where you can park at the Fort Logan Northgate Middle School Parking Lot. The day of the event, there will be 4 A-Frame signs directing cars to this lot. The lot is 900 feet from our venue and available Friday 4pm-Sunday 12am.

We hope the Colorado weather will cooperate for the celebration to take place fully outside but there is indoor availability at the venue.
