Holiday Inn Denver Lakewood, an IHG Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Denver/Lakewood. You can call 303-980-9200 and ask to book under the Bates/Roskam wedding or use group code WBR. If you choose to extend your stay either before Friday night or after Sunday morning they will honor the discounted room block rate as well. Room discount ends 7/1.
You may request a ride to the venue from their shuttle service, but will have to find another form of transportation back to the hotel as the regular shuttle service ends at 8pm. Please coordinate this ride with the front desk.
The event venue does have parking but we also want our guests to be safe.
Denver International Airport
If you choose to fly, the closest airport is Denver International Airport (DIA). If you've never been DIA is located out of the city. You can use Lyft, Uber, or Taxi services to get to your hotel, rent a car, or use the RTD train or bus system.
At DIA, all Lyft, Uber, Taxi, or Buses will pick you up on FLOOR 5.
If you have never used the Lyft rideshare app, once you download it to your phone you can use my unique code DANI32403 for discounted rides (changes to discounts change frequently).
There is a train that can also bring you into the city and to your hotel/destination. Download the RTD MyRide app. Go to "Buy Tickets" and choose "Standard" then "Airport Day Pass." (if purchasing for more than 1 you can toggle to the multiple tab at the top of the screen)
The Airport pass is required for any fares from the airport for $10 a piece. They will come check your pass so I'd recommend purchasing. This train will bring you downtown to Union Station. There is a lot to check out around this area if you wish to do so!
From there to get to our hotel Holiday Inn Denver/Lakewood, you would get off the A train and get on
