Glacier National Park is the most well-know highlight in our area - with good reason. It is stunning but there is much to know about taking advantage of this gem.

1. It is unlikely that the full Going to the Sun Road will be open. It depends on the weather but is usually not fully open until late June/early July. However there is still much to see and do.

2. During the hours of 7am - 3pm - you will need entrance tickets to access parts of the park. Some tickets will be available for purchase beginning February 12th at 8am with the remaining available the day before entrance. Before 7am and after 3pm - no ticket is required.
