Kent Island Beach House LLC officially opened their KI Beach House for business in April 2011, the KI Golf House in August 2013, the KI Beach House II January 2015, and the KI Beach House III by the Bay in April 2019. They are confident that you will enjoy your stay in both the area and more importantly in one of their unique vacation homes.
The water view KI Beach House (sleeps 10-12 comfortably; max 14 people) and KI Beach House II (sleeps 10-12 comfortably; max 14 people) side-by-side locations overlook the Chesapeake Bay. Kent Island Beach House III by the Bay (sleeps up to 8 all in king beds plus 1 more in a sleeper chair) in the Sunny Isle of Kent is an awesome location to enjoy breathtaking unobstructed bay views and unbelievable sunsets. You counted right; they can sleep up to 37 people total in three homes all within a couple miles of one another.
