We have a 3 night minimum requirement through our resort. With that in mind please feel free to select how you would like to stay! Our wedding will be Friday afternoon, so we just ask to please ensure you are there the night before. Once you arrive and get checked in enjoy all the wonderful amenities this beautiful location has to offer.

With your dates of arrival/departure all varying we will not have a formal gathering once you arrived. We will create a document with everyone's contact information to get a hold of anyone you may need to. We suggest creating a group for your closest friends to arrange meet ups.

Ground Transportation Ground transportation to the resort and back to the airport is not included with your room reservation; Our event cordinator does not coordinate ground transportation to the resort. However, you can add them on your own basis Before booking your transportation you must have your flight information first. You will fly into the Cancun International Airport (CUN). This is where the transportation company that you book will pick you up. Please schedule your ground transportation directly with Project Expedition at least 3-4 weeks before you depart. Any updates to your flight info or any needed changes to the transfers must be updated directly with Project Expedition at 855-782-3006. Yellow Umbrella Events does not have access to make any changes or updates. You do not have to book your transportation through Project Expedition. You are welcome to make arrangements with any transportation company you choose.

We would love to have all our family and friends join us for this once in a lifetime event! Unfortunately due to our small size of our wedding package abroad, only the names on your invitation are able to attend our ceremony and reception.
