We kindly request that cell phones remain away and silenced during our ceremony. We will have a professional photographer there, and we prefer our guests to stay present with us during this precious moment and leave phones put away until after the bride and groom have exited.

Aspen Meadows is about 20 minutes away from La Grande, nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Blue Mountains.

We are serving tri-tip, chicken, and penne pasta with veggies as our mains. Though dinner will be served buffet style, we ask that guests only choose the food they selected when they RSVP'd until people are invited for seconds to ensure that everybody gets their first choice of dinner. Sides will include a green salad, mac & cheese, broccoli salad, and dinner rolls. We will have an open bar as well as beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.

We expect the temperature to be in the high 60s/low 70s. Please wear semi-formal attire, think your nice dresses and pants. Bring a layer for when it gets colder at night, and don't forget your dancing shoes!

No, you will be on your own for getting to and from the venue. There is no Uber or rideshare service out here, so please plan accordingly and make sure you have a way to get back to town safely after the night is over. We encourage carpooling - reach out to the bride, groom, or their families if you need support with transportation.
