The Western wedding ceremony will be at Deer Park Villa, located in Fairfax, California just about 25-30 minutes north of the Golden Gate bridge, in the world famous redwood forests of Marin County. The Hindu Ceremony will be at the Mill Valley Community Center, also in Marin County, just a few miles south of Marriott Larkspur and the Embassy Suites San Rafael.

A shuttle will be provided from the Embassy Suites for both the Hindu and Western ceremonies. Limited spots will be available, please drive or rideshare the short distance if possible. This shuttle will not stop at the Marriott. Both venues are under 10 miles from most nearby hotels and have plenty of parking.

We have arranged for hotel room blocks for our out-of-town guests at both the Embassy Suites, San Rafael and the Marriott Courtyard, Larkspur (please see the "Travel" page for details and to book your room at the group rate). The venue is also located within spitting distance of San Francisco and there are plenty of additional hotels, Airbnbs, and other accommodations nearby. If you are encountering any trouble getting the room block rate online, please call the hotel as they should be able to open up more availability.

Because it is a traditional Hindu event, we encourage all of our guests - regardless of culture or religion - to wear Indian formal wear to the event. For women, this could be a Salwar or Lehenga, for men this can be a Kurta. If you're unable to wear a piece of Indian formal wear or would prefer not to, no problem! In that case, we request you adhere to Western cocktail attire standards.

No - wear any color you would like! The more colorful the better!

We are asking our guests to dress their best for our special day. With this in mind we'd like all guests adhering to a Western dress code to wear formal attire. Guests are also welcome to wear Indian formal wear to this ceremony if they so choose, but please be aware there will not be a space to change.

While we don't want our wedding to be a stuffy affair, we do want everyone looking their best. With that in mind, black tie optional means that if you have a tuxedo, evening dress, or other fancy attire wear it! However, any type of formal wear will do.
