We kindly request formal attire for our celebration. For guests, this typically means floor-length dresses, cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits and/or suits with a tie. Please note that our venue has it's own dress code which forbids denim and t-shirts. We encourage everyone to dress up and have a fun, elegant evening with us!

The wedding will take place on October 10, 2026. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Race Brook Country Club in Orange, Connecticut.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive to the venue at least twenty minutes early so you have time to find a seat before the ceremony begins.

There is a very large parking lot at the venue in which every guest would be able to park for free.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who have been listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding a twenty-one plus celebration. We hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

We intend to utilize our venue's beautiful outdoor space for our wedding ceremony. Please dress accordingly for the weather and the season. The reception will be held indoors.

There will be limited shuttle services provided between the hotel and the venue. If you would like to request use of the shuttle, please inquire with the bride or groom.
