The vibe for our wedding is semi formal/garden party. Please dress for the weather. There is possibility of it being quite hot. We recommend that ladies wear flowy dresses and gentlemen wear short sleeve button ups with dress pants. Vision board coming soon.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors with exact head counts by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night. For those travelling out of town and wanting to bring their kids we are able to help with planning childminding

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please respect our wishes as we’re trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Please arrive at the venue 30 mins before and be seated NO later than 15 mins before the ceremony. This will allow you to park and walk over to the ceremony location. If you arrive late you will be asked to wait until the ceremony is over before joining cocktail hour.

We are having and “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). We ask that you all be present with us during this special moment. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

The venue is outdoor. There is a permanent structure that will provide shade but we ask that you plan accordingly.

Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate an open bar. We will be having a toonie bar and ticket system. A glass of champagne, coolers and beer will be provided before the bar opens.

No, we will not be opening a registry. Celebrating our special day with you is the greatest gift and your love and support mean the world to us. A contribution is not needed or expected. If you’re considering a gift, we would be honoured if you would contribute to our honeymoon fund instead.
