Please RSVP by Sunday July 20th on the knot website where you will find your name. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are unable to attend and automatically mark as “Not Attending”. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with final guest counts within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Unfortunately, this is a child-free/adult-only (21+) event. Along with alcohol being served, we want everyone to be fully present with us for our wedding day. Please enjoy date night on us! In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP!

There will be a yellow school bus shuttling folks from the Fairfield Inn hotel to the wedding venue before the ceremony and after the reception. If you do not book with the Fairfield Inn, you will be responsible for travel arrangements. We have heard excellent things about the Asheville taxi company (AVL Ride). They have a website and app to request rides. Website: https://www.avltaxi.com/ ; call/text: (828) 333-1976. Uber/Lyft is not recommended for on demand rides. If requesting an Uber/lyft, make sure to schedule in advance (however, sometimes Uber/Lyft can be unreliable). We recommend also driving yourself, but drink responsibly + please carpool to the venue!

Yes, however there is a limited amount of parking at our venue (65 spaces for guests, 10 for vendors). Please carpool! :)

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in formal attire/garden party vibes, long dresses encouraged (please no jeans!). The bridal party will be in “dusty blue” so please also avoid wearing this color along with shades of white. The ceremony will take place outdoors so there will be some walking in grass/gravel so please plan shoes accordingly! The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will take place in a covered (but open) barn. Bring a sweater/jacket just in case!

The closest airport will be Asheville Regional Airport (30 min drive from venue). Other options for airport would be Greenville-Spartanburg Airport (1.5 hour drive from venue), Charlotte Douglas International Airport (2 hour 15 min drive from venue), or Atlanta International Airport (3 hour, 45 min drive from venue). We also recommend picking up a rental car if from out of town since rideshare apps can be hit or miss.

We are having an unplugged ceremony meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer/videographer to be able to capture the best photos/videos which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us!

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you—get ready to party!! For this reason we encourage you utilize the shuttle to and from the hotel and/or be responsible on getting back safely, or schedule an uber/taxi in advance. (FYI Uber will not pick up on demand in the area we have been warned) And don’t forget to tip the lovely bartenders!
