Attire: Formal/Black-Tie Optional

Ladies may wear full-length dresses or elegant cocktail dresses. The gentlemen may wear a suit with a dress shirt (tie optional). The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will take place on the lawn, so please wear appropriate footwear. Also, please be sure to check the weather forecast before packing as weather in Carmel can vary.

Transit to The Meadow

The Lobby or The Clubhouse at Quail Lodge & Golf Club

Shuttles will bring guests from The Lobby and The Clubhouse to The Meadow to begin the festivities. For those who are driving to Quail for the day, please park at The Clubhouse for easy shuttle access. For those who are staying at Quail or taking a taxi/ride-share service to Quail, please meet at The Lobby for easy shuttle access.

The celebration continues with dinner, drinks, and dancing! While the adults gather in The Clubhouse, children are invited to a special party area just across the lobby where they will have dinner, snacks, and activities while supervised by childcare professionals.
