For ease, guests are recommended to stay at the hotel block at Quail Lodge since it's conveniently located where the celebrations will take place! However, there's no bad place to stay in the Monterey, Carmel Valley, or Carmel-By-The-Sea areas, but we recommend you book soon if you know you'll be able to attend as lodging seems to be booking up fast. The Ceremony and Reception are both taking place at Quail Lodge, but are located in different areas of the property. It is about a 5 minute drive, but don't worry...shuttles will be provided! More details on the shuttle coming soon!

We want everyone to have a good time! Children are welcome to join the ceremony, but we'd like parents to enjoy some party time during the wedding reception. As the reception begins, a "kids' room" will be available adjacent to the adults' room. Kids will enjoy dinner and plenty of fun activities while taken care of by a team of childcare professionals. For our guests who are flying in from out of the area, we recommend considering flying in to San Jose(SJC), San Francisco(SFO), or Monterey(MRY).
