Is there an open bar?
There will be a full open bar for cocktail hour (which is a bonus 1.5 hours!) then it will switch to cash bar. There is ATM available in the hotel lobby.
RSVP
We are asking that all RSVPs be in no later than March 1, 2025. We need to have our final food count into the venue around this time.
What is the dress code?
Our evening wedding will have a formal dress code. Help us dance the night away as you dress your best.
Where can I find the registry?
We are so excited to start our lives together and would be grateful for any contributions to our honeymoon fund, which will help us create unforgettable memories.
We are registered through the knot for our honeymoon fund as well as on Amazon.
Are my children invited to the ceremony and reception?
Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party at our ceremony and reception.
Can I bring a "plus one"
Unfortunately, due to limited space, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
When should I arrive?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please allow enough time for parking and finding a seat prior to the start of the ceremony.
Where can I park?
There is parking behind the Hawthorne Hotel for the event. Additional metered spaces can be found around the Salem Common.
