We are excited to have a fantastic time with everyone at our wedding! Together, and with the help of much beloved and close family members, we have spent numerous months ensuring everything is set up to accommodate everyone on our big day. Also, to bring about that wedding magic that will make our souls hum with marital bliss and tender love. Please read below to understand how we are going to all make the magic happen!
~ Wedding Guests & RSVP ~
When is the latest I can RSVP for me or a guest?
For all of our guests to be guaranteed food, drink, and generally a fantastic time we will need final guest counts before October 1, 2025.
For those that do not RSVP before this date we will believe they cannot attend our wedding. Only people directly named in the RSVP process are invited.
Can I bring a plus-one?
When you go to RSVP if you notice your name & "Plus one" you have been given a plus-one! There will be a follow up question asking you if you plan on bringing that plus-one. If you are uncertain at the time select decline for your plus-one. You can always change your answer later by shooting us an email! Your plus-one must be 21+.
Is this a child-free wedding?
Our wedding is a child-limited wedding. Only children directly named in the RSVP process are invited. Plus-ones cannot be under the age of 21.
Can I bring additional guests besides the ones on your guest list?
Only people directly named in the RSVP process are invited. It is because of our careful planning anyone not on our guest list will not be allowed into the venue. You cannot bring additional guests. If you cannot make it to our wedding because of this, we would love to plan a different celebration in the future with you! Let us know!
~ Hotel & Transportation ~
I am going to need to spend the night! Where can I stay?
Check out the "hotels" tab on our website for suggestions. The bride and groom will be staying at the Amway. Other than loving the venue, we also selected this venue for its practicality. There are many hotels, and airbnbs, some are even within walking distance of the venue! Please secure where you will be staying asap! Hotels in this area can sell-out months before our wedding.
Are there hotel blocks?
We have hotel blocks reserved with the Amway & Courtyard Marriot. Under the "Hotel" tab you will find a link where you can make your reservation at a reduced hotel block price. Click the "Make Your Reservation Here!" Link!
On the wedding day will there be a shuttle? How can I find parking?
We hired a transportation trolley service, Affordable Limousine, that can collect you and bring you to and from the venue.
Pick-Up times on the day of the wedding are 1:30 pm/2:15 pm at the JW Marriott Ballroom Entrance (Across the Street from the Amway.) 1:45 pm/2:30 pm Courtyard Marriott Entrance.
Can I rely on transportation services like UBER or LYFT?
These services can be difficult or even impossible to find. There is no guarantee you will be able to secure transportation using these services. Plan to walk, carpool, or use the trolley rental from Affordable Limousine.
~ Venue & Wedding ~
Where is the ceremony? Reception?
Both are at the Harris Building.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! For our special day please dress semiformal, or formal. We are looking for attire like dress shoes, slacks, button-up shirts, cocktail dresses, heels, flats, etc. Please avoid wearing street clothes like jeans, or clothes white in color, or white with patterns. When in doubt, ask the Bride and Groom. You can always save the clothes for another day!
Will there be food? Open bar?
Distinctive Catering will be providing dinner and open bar services during the reception for our guests. Later that night, pizza will be ordered for late night munchies. There will also be a rehearsal dinner for the wedding party.
I cannot attend your wedding! How can I still see you?
We are so sorry to hear you cannot come to our wedding day, but understand life happens! Kids, work, health, priorities, etc!
We can absolutely meet some other time to celebrate with you! Give us a call and we can make it happen! Even if it is something as simple as a video call!
