We’d love for you to wear anything between “cocktail” and “formal” - think short or long dresses for the ladies, and suits for the men. Ties not required. Please note, the venue includes some grassy areas and requires walking up some steps to get to the ceremony space (choose your footwear appropriately).
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held fully outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will have both indoor and outdoor spaces.
What day should I arrive / leave?
We expect most guests will arrive Thursday. On Thursday night we will be at Civil Life Brewing at 7pm - all are welcome and we hope you will join us! However, we understand that not everyone can take extended time off of work, so no worries if you can’t make it.
Some out of town guests may leave Saturday but we expect most will head home Sunday after enjoying an extra day in St. Louis.
Where should we stay in St. Louis?
We've arranged 3 hotel blocks in St. Louis that offer discounted rates for our wedding. Check out the Travel tab on this website for all the details on how to book! You’re also of course welcome to stay at other hotels or book an Airbnb in the area. If you have any difficulty booking a room within our room blocks, please let us know!
How should we get to Sunflower Hill Farm?
Sunflower Hill Farm is about 45 minutes away from St. Louis. We have arranged shuttles to and from Sunflower Hill Farm so guests don’t need to worry about driving or calling Ubers. The shuttles will be departing at 3:15pm from the Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton hotel, and arriving back to the hotel after the end of the reception (leaving Sunflower Hill Farm around 11pm).
For those local to the area, you are of course welcome to drive and park in Sunflower Hill Farm’s parking lot if you prefer.
