When should I RSVP by?
To help with our planning, we ask that you kindly mail back your RSVP for us to receive by October 9, 2024. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a 'no'. This is because we do need to provide the venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we hope that you understand.
Is there a dress code?
Yes! The bridal party will be in beautiful full length dresses and the guys will be in jeans, jackets and button up shirts. There will definitely be cowboy boots. Semi-formal or western style is requested. Please keep in mind that the venue is a barn in the country so there are hills and gravel. Ladies, how often do you have a chance to dress up? Go for it! (but please no white dresses)
Can I bring a guest?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of predetermined plus ones allocated via your wedding invitation. Your invitation will specify who we have intended to invite to our day.
Can I bring my kid(s)?
On your invitation, if your child is specifically listed on the envelope along with your name, they are welcome! (However, if you or you and your partner would prefer a date night out without the kids, also fine by us). If they are not on the invite, unfortunately we won't be able to accommodate them - we hope that you can understand!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Our ceremony will be 'unplugged', meaning that we are asking for personal devices to be put away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and videographer capturing the whole ceremony. At the reception, however, we encourage everyone to take photos and to please share those with us as you're able.
Will there be food?
Yes! We will be serving appetizers throughout the cocktail hour, and will have dinner during the reception.
If there are any food allergies, please reach and let us know.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We will have beer and seltzers for any one who is of legal age. Please do not BYOB, for it is against our venue policy. If you want to help us stock the bar, with one of your favorites, please make sure to get it to us before wedding day.
We also request, that you be responsible. We love you all and want everyone to be safe on our special day.
There will also be plenty of sodas and waters as well.
Directions to the venue,
The address of the venue does work in any GPS app. Once you turn onto the gravel road please follow the gravel road until you see the barn. You will pass 2 homes on the left hand side, so don't be alarmed, you are going the correct way.
Where are we registered?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home(which is connected to our registry). A wedding card box will be at our reception.
Since we are already an established home, we do have a registry for some things through Target. But if we are being honest, we would really like to travel out west for our honeymoon during summer of 2025. So, we would be ecstatic for gas cards and traveling money. And any suggestions of must see places from here to Montana!
Wedding day....
We ask that our guests arrive between 2:30 and 3:00 so our ceremony can start right at 3:00. Cocktail hour will begin right after the ceremony and dinner should start at 5:00. We have until midnight to dance the night away and have the best day ever! We hope that everyone will stay as long as they can!
Parking?
As for parking, there will be an attendant to show you where to go. The parking will be along the gravel road as you get to the barn. Please no parking inside of the fence next to the barn.
If you need assistance to get to the barn from where you have parked, there will be vehicles that can bring you the rest of the way.
