Transportation will be provided from the Hotel to the Venue, and from the Venue back to

the Hotel, via Baron Bus Lines. There will be only 1 bus service from the Hotel to the

Venue. Bus will leave promptly at 3:00 pm from Hampton Inn, travel to

Holiday Inn to pick up remaining guests. Bus will leave promptly at 3:20 pm and

head to the Venue.

If for some reason you miss the bus transportation, please drive to the Venue for

the 4 pm ceremony and reception. You will be able to ride the bus back to the

hotel at the end of the evening. Arrangements can be made for you to pick up

your vehicle in the morning.

There will be 3 return trips from the Venue to the Hotel:

9:30 pm

11:00 pm

12:00 midnight

If you think you may want to return to the Hotel before 9:30 pm, you may

want to consider driving yourself to venue (only about a 20 minute drive).

Everyone planning on having alcoholic beverages, it is strongly encouraged

that you take advantage of the transportation we are providing.
