To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly recommend carpooling due to limited parking at the venue. Sharing rides not only helps us manage space but also adds to the fun as you arrive together!

Weather permitting, the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. If we happen to have poor weather, we will relocate inside of the Vineyard restaurant.

We recommend arriving at the venue 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts. With the ceremony site being far on the outskirts of San Antonio, we want to ensure everyone gets to the ceremony site and is seated before the ceremony starts. We will also have someone directing to parking spots.

While we would love to include everyone, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding and reach out if you have any questions!

While we love your kids, we have decided our wedding will be an adults-only event unless they are mentioned on the invite.
