What should I wear?
We kindly ask that guests wear formal attire—think dressy: floor-length dresses, jumpsuits, and suits (tuxedos welcome too!). We want you to feel confident and have fun!
Can I bring a plus one?
Please check your invitation for plus-one details. If you received a +1, their name will be included, or you’ll see "and a guest." Thank you for understanding. To ensure everyone's comfort and have an intimate celebration, we are only able to include the guest listed on your invitation.
Where should I stay?
We’ve reserved room blocks at Tru by Hilton in Warsaw and Tru and Spark by Hilton in Fort Wayne for your convenience.
Please visit the Travel section of our website for booking details and promotional codes.
Where Should I Park?
Parking is available just two blocks from the venue in a gravel lot. Please refer to the red-outlined area on the map for the gravel lot and the red circle indicating Kaleidoscope.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible or handicap-friendly?
Yes, guests requiring assistance can enter the south side door, closest to the on-site parking lot. An elevator is available inside for access to the main and lower level.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m., with the reception to follow. Please arrive 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating, as we will begin promptly.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at Kaleidoscope Wedding and Event Center.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Yes, you’re welcome to take photos, but please turn off your flash and remain seated so everyone can see. Our photographer will capture all the special moments, and we’d love for you to relax and enjoy the moment.
Are kids invited?
While we love your little ones, we’re only able to accommodate the children listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding as we keep our celebration intimate.
What should I do if I have a dietary restriction?
Please indicate any dietary needs when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What’s the weather typically like this time of year?
Late October in northern Indiana can be cool and a bit unpredictable, with daytime highs in the mid-50s and evenings in the 40s. A light jacket or wrap is a good idea, especially if you’ll be outside before or after the celebration.
