Our ring is one with quite a history. This ring is a family heirloom and has already carried on a lifetime of love before we were blessed with its presence in our lives. 75yrs ago, this ring was symbol of the foundation of love that my great great aunt and uncle Jim & Joann bestowed. They homesteaded on the original family ranch in rapeljae before my grandpa (his brother) found new adventures veering off the land to establish their own. This land soon turned into our family ranch and is now known as Ropp Ranches. The ranch is owned and well loved by my Grandpa John & Grandma Vickie, along with their other siblings who enjoy the differing aspects of hard work & positivity's a ranch brings. This ring was my aunt's Joann’s ring, which was sealed with love by marriage in 1949. Jim & Joann were both first responders in their own rights, as Jim was an undersheriff and Joann was a medical dispatcher. They didn’t have any kids but, had oh so many hot cars and fabulous memories. Gunnar & I can't wait to carry on their legacy of love, adventures of life, and sense of community in our future through the symbolism of this ring.
