Reno-Tahoe International Airport
Reno Airport is the best option for those guests flying in. The airport is Northwest of Lake Tahoe, and about an hour drive to South Lake Tahoe for the wedding events.
Airport to South Lake Tahoe
You will need to arrange transportation from the Reno Airport to South Lake Tahoe where the wedding festivities are located (~ 1 hr drive).
Options:
- Car Rental (~1 hr drive)
- Uber/Lyft (~1 hr ride)
- Shuttle Service (~1.5 -2 hr ride)
South Tahoe Airporter Shuttle
This Shuttle runs daily between the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and several South Lake Tahoe locations including Hard Rock, Edgewood, Harvey’s and more (1.5 - 2 hr ride).
One Way Adult - $32.75
Round Trip Adult - $59.50
Once the shuttle drops you off, you will need to Uber/Lyft (or Lake Link) to the hotel from the drop off location in South Lake Tahoe (~5-10min ride).
Lake Link
South Lake Tahoe Free Microtransit service. It can be thought of like Uber or Lyft, but shared rides on passenger vans and free to the user. You will need to download the app to use.
The Lake Link service operates 365 days per year 7 am – 9 pm and only in the localized South Lake Tahoe region pictured.
Lodging Information
We prefer that the wedding guests lodge mainly at The Coachman Hotel, however South Lake Tahoe has many other lodging options if The Coachman does not suit your needs.
