CHANGE OF PLANS!

COCKTAIL HOUR

Thursday April 3rd, 2025

Date: 6-8PM ( 2 hour tour)

Location: Swan Terrace ( Pueblo Bonito)

We were recently advised by our wedding coordinator, that it is not feasible to arrange for a catamaran on Thursday. Instead, we will be doing a two hour cocktail hour. This will include appetizers and an open bar for everyone. You are welcome to stay for the whole two hour period or you may arrive and leave anytime within 6-8 pm window. ( Please request a golf cart atleast 15 minutes prior from your hotel room or you can travel to the nearest golf cart station for pickup)

Lounge at The Main Pool ( swimup bar)

Friday April 4th

Please join us at the main pool during midday. I will arrange to have a couple cabanas reserved for our party!

Bonfire!

Friday, April 4th, 2025

Time 7-9 pm

After the rehearsal, we will be having a bonfire down at the beach for everyone to attend. We will provide tacos, drinks, and s'mores. ( Please request a golf cart atleast 30 minutes prior from your hotel room or you can travel to the nearest golf cart station for pickup)

Ceremony at Lovers Meadown

Cocktail Hour and Reception at Sky Pool Upper Terrace ( Please request a golf cart atleast 30-45 minutes prior from your hotel room or you can travel to the nearest golf cart station for pickup) The golf carts will take you to the reception from the ceremony)
