Dar and Natalie met through Dar's brother, Arash, while Natalie and Arash were attending a mutual friend's holiday party. Natalie mentioned that she was single and Arash called his brother where Natalie and Dar briefly chatted over facetime and exchanged numbers. After that, they went on their first date to one of their favorite cocktail bars. While on their first date, they learned that they both lived down the street from each other. What was even more of a coincidence was that they both lived in Arizona around the same time and never crossed paths. They hit it off after their first date and from then on, they spent their time traveling together, spending time with their family and friends, relaxing and watching their favorite shows together, and doing a wide range of activities. They bonded over their love for their families, watching sports ( Go Ducks and 49ers), watching comedy movies, and sharing the same sense of humor.

Dar proposed to Natalie on January 20th, a day before her 35th birthday at the Portland City Grill. Dar waited until the drinks arrived, where he then got down on his knee, made a beautiful speech and proposed. They celebrated the evening with Dar's brother and sister in law, who were there as well!

We are so thrilled to celebrate our wedding in Cabo with all of the people we love! The ceremony and reception is cocktail attire.
