For the Pithi ceremony, we’d love for everyone to embrace the sunshine vibes! The main colour is yellow, so we’d love to see lots of yellow in your outfit. If yellow isn’t your thing, white, cream or other light colours with a touch of yellow as an accent are perfect too. Just keep in mind, this is a fun (and messy!) ceremony, so maybe avoid your most expensive clothes.

For our Welcome Party, we’re going full-on Mexican Fiesta vibes! Think vibrant, bold and colourful. Bright pinks, oranges, greens, blues… the more colour, the better! Outfits can be Indian or Western, whatever you feel fabulous in.
Ladies: See below for some outfit inspiration.
Gentlemen: No inspiration needed! Just bring your most colourful shirt and get ready to party! 😄
Our evening Hindu wedding and dinner won’t leave time to change between events, so plan your outfit accordingly. The weather will hopefully be a bit cooler in the evening, but it’s still warm Mexico weather, so don’t go too heavy unless you’re comfortable.
Outfits can be Indian or Western, but we’d love it if you embraced Indian culture and wear traditional attire if you can. Gentlemen may prefer Western, but feel free to embrace the culture too! Comfort is key, so choose something you feel good in.
Feel free to coordinate with your partner, family or friends for a matching or complementary look!
See the inspiration below for ideas.
For our midday civil wedding, we recommend wearing light, breathable outfits as it will be hot. Western attire is preferred, but for those aunties who prefer to wear Indian clothing, feel free to do so.
Think pastel, summery, and outdoor wedding appropriate outfits.
Gentlemen: We suggest shirts or light suits in fabrics suitable for warm weather to stay comfortable while looking sharp.
If you need outfit inspiration or advice, please feel free to contact the bride or groom! They’re happy to help!
The attire for the evening reception is evening glam / black tie. Guests are welcome to wear Western or Indian outfits, whichever you feel most fabulous in. Darker colours tend to complement the evening ambiance beautifully.
Gentlemen: Black Tie (Speak to the Groom if you need inspo)
The location of the reception is to be confirmed, it may take place outdoors or in the ballroom. We’ll update you soon so you can plan your outfit accordingly.
Tip: Remember to wear something comfortable, especially your footwear, as you will be expected to be on the dance floor throughout the evening!
