As we are keeping our wedding small, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your little ones to the ceremony and reception. We realize this might be challenging, and we are so grateful in advance for your understanding and flexibility. If you are traveling with children and pre-arranged childcare in Crested Butte is something you are interested in for the ceremony/reception, please indicate this on your RSVP and we will work to arrange an option for interested families. We would love to spend time with all of your families, and children are very much welcome (and encouraged!) to attend happy hours, hikes, or other activities we may arrange throughout the rest of the weekend! Crested Butte is a beautiful place for a family vacation.

The weather in Crested Butte in July is typically very mild, with daytime highs in the upper 70s and evening lows in the 50s. In general, warm summer wear is appropriate - but be prepared for Colorado afternoon thunderstorms and possible temperature dips! Our reception pavilion is covered, but it may be advisable to bring a light sweater or jacket 'just in case.'

The venue has approximately 25 parking spots (and we have about 50 guests), so we encourage carpooling! Another option is to take the free local bus from the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR). From the base area, guests can take a Mountain Express Bus to get to the wedding garden. In the summer, this bus runs every hour mid-week, and on the weekends, it runs every 30-minutes until 10 p.m. The stop for the Wedding Garden is "Mt. CB Town Hall".
