Jasper
Columbia Icefield Glacier Adventure
Please note this is over a 2 hour drive from the Canmore area.
Drive the Icefields Parkway
One of the most scenic drives in the world, with many beautiful stops along the way. It is a drive from Lake Louise to Jasper.
Canmore
Grassi Lakes Trailhead
There are two trails, an easier path that goes directly to the lake or a more moderate path that takes you past a waterfall.
Blackshale Creek Suspension Bridge
Will need to check if the bridge is open or not due to weather. Note that there are two options for this trail, a long or short. The details can be seen in the link.
Upper Kananaskis Lake Trail
This hike is on the longer side, but it's a loop so you could just go to see the shore and turn around.
Grotto Canyon Trail Head
Easy to moderate hike through a canyon that ends at a waterfall.
Bow River Loop Trail
Easier hike with multiple entry points.
Three Sister Creek Trail
Easier hike, need to park on street.
Banff
Lake Minnewanka Cruise
Also a great lake to go visit and walk around if you don't want to do the cruise.
Johnston Canyon
Two different trails, both on the easier side.
