If you are Flying in, Orlando International Airport is the closest airport to us. we are about an hour away from the airport. You may find it easier to rent a car to get to Winter Haven due to the distance from the airport.

There are quite a few hotels in the Winter Haven area and on Cypress Gardens Blvd. We chose the Best Western Plus for the room block because it is one of the newest hotels in the area and they have good ratings. Feel free to check out any other hotels in the area, and reach out if you have any questions.

For anybody staying at the Best Western, we will have a shuttle to pick you up from the hotel to bring you to our wedding, as well as bring you back to the hotel afterward.  we want everyone to be able to enjoy themselves without worrying about driving after.

The shuttle will get to the hotel at 2:30, and leave the hotel at 2:40. Pickup from the wedding will be at 9:30 pm right after the wedding.
