Hello Everyone! We just wanted to say we are so excited to share this experience with all of you and we can not wait to hear your thoughts to make this a wonderful weekend for everyone!

First off, you may be wondering what is all included for the weekend. Hopefully, we can provide you all with some answers! Sugar Hollow, the venue, is a 330 acre private property located in the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee. It will be available to all guests from Thursday @ 4 p.m., when we check-in, to Sunday @ 12 p.m., when we check out. What that means is guests have the liberty to go on hikes on the property (yes there are trails!), they can go fish at the private section of the river on the property, they can go swimming at the river, guests can play yard games, they can do whatever they would like to do on this Smokey Mountain retreat!

At Sugar Hollow, they provide the lodging for guests and the food for the weekend. Specifically, there are 7 houses, one of them being a lodge, which provides guests with the ability to stay on-site and be involved in the weekend wedding activities. Most rooms have private bathrooms and either have multiple beds, a king-sized bed, or plenty of space for air mattresses as well. We will have some photos posted of what some of the rooms look like.

Each house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, so guests are welcome to bring any food or drinks if they would like but it is not required. The food that will be provided will be a welcome-in dinner on Thursday, put on by the bride and groom. A brunch on Friday at their local diner, a rehersal dinner for all guests on Friday night as well. A brunch on Saturday, hors d'oeuvres on Saturday before the wedding reception, dinner on Saturday at the reception, and a late-night snack on Saturday. There will also be a farewell brunch on Sunday as well for all guests. Dietary restrictions are included when they are made known to us when you officially RSVP.

Considering costs, since we do not know the guest count it is difficult for us to give a fixed price per family and per room. That is why we have the questionnaire for you all to fill out so we can get that information to you as soon as possible. However, we do know that the cost per room will range from $850-$1,000 which includes all of your food for the weekend, full access to the property, and everything else on the property.

This is a perfect getaway for everyone, there is plenty to do and there is also space for those seeking peace at this retreat. Not to mention there is a GORGEOUS lake located not even 10 minutes from the venue with multiple marinas along with the Cherokee National Forest with even more hiking trails! We ask you all to please fill out this Google questionnaire so we can set a final date and give you more information on the details of where you will stay on the property and what that will look like.
