There are so many hiking trails located on the private property of Sugar Hollow, and there are a bunch of public trails in the area as well!

Only ten minutes from the venue is this gorgeous lake, Watauga Lake! It is located in the Cherokee National Forest right next to the venue! There are multiple marinas where they provide boat rentals, paddle board rentals, and kayak rentals as well!

The venue provides 7 kayaks for the use of guests throughout the entire weekend! The venue has a private entrance into the river that leads into the Watauga Lake.

Oh yeah, what all you guys have been waiting for! Sugar Hollow is a private property with many advantages. One of them being, that you are welcome to fish on the property. Fishing areas include the private river access into the lake. So bring your fishing poles!

There are multiple camping sites near the venue area, so if you wanted to extend your stay or make a camping trip out of it you are more than welcome to! Such as Cardens Bluff Campgroud :)

There are so many outdoor games for the family to enjoy! There is cornhole, volleyball, spikeball, jenga, connect four, and open areas for any other sports (aka football lol)
