For our out of town guests we have reserved hotel room blocks at the 3 hotels listed below in the Conroe and The Woodlands areas. Feel free to book a room at one of these hotels for a discounted rate or find one of your choosing. AirBNB and VRBO are always options, as well! Our wedding venue is on the border of Conroe and Montgomery so we recommend Conroe or The Woodlands for lodging.
If you are flying into the Houston area the nearest airport is Houston's Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Another option is Hobby Airport (HOU), however, it is considerably further, and depending on traffic levels it can be anywhere from a 1-1.5 hour drive to our area.
Courtyard by Marriott Houston North/Shenandoah

The room block is from Saturday, October 10 - Monday, October 12 but you can book extra days, as well. The Courtyard is about 5 minutes away from the Embassy Suites at which we also have a block if you are looking to stay near other guests.
The cutoff to reserve a room as part of the hotel block at the Courtyard is Wednesday, September 16, 2026. After this date the rooms will be available to reserve at full price.
Embassy Suites by Hilton The Woodlands® at Hughes Landing

The room block is from Saturday, October 10 - Monday, October 12 but you can book extra days, as well. The Embassy Suites is about 5 minutes away from the Courtyard at which we also have a block if you are looking to stay near other guests.

Hyatt Regency Conroe
Please use the link below to book at the Hyatt Regency to ensure you receive the discount as part of our room block. They are offering king rooms for $179 and rooms with 2 queen beds for $189. The room block is from Saturday, October 10 - Monday, October 12 but you can book extra days, as well. The Hyatt Regency is the closest hotel to our venue in our list of blocks if you are looking to stay close by.
The cutoff date to book within our room block at the Hyatt Regency is 5pm CST Friday, September 18th, 2026. After this date rooms will be available to reserve at full price.
