Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We're excited to offer online RSVPs exclusively through our website. Please note that RSVPs can only be submitted for guests who have received an invitation.

What date should I RSVP by?

We kindly request that guests RSVP no later than September 21st. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated as it helps us with our planning process.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Our event is restricted to guests aged 21 and over, unless otherwise specified on your invitation. Attendance is limited to those whose names are explicitly stated on the invitation or have been offered a plus one. We kindly encourage you to make arrangements for their care and enjoy a night out celebrating with us.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

If you have been provided with the option to bring a plus one, it will be clearly indicated on your invitation. However, if this option is not mentioned, we regret that we are unable to accommodate any additional guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Dress Code

What is the dress code for your wedding?

We kindly request that our guests adhere to a formal dress code for our wedding. Gentlemen are encouraged, for example, to wear slacks paired with a button-down shirt and a coat or sports coat. Ladies, please consider wearing mid to floor-length dresses. Please note that our venue does not permit jeans, boots, or hats and please refrain from white attire. Thank you for respecting our dress code.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

While there are no specific colors or styles required, we invite you to dress your best for our special day. As the overall decor will evoke a moody and romantic ambiance, dark jewel tones may complement the setting beautifully. We kindly ask that guests opt for formal attire and refrain from wearing white or off-white.

What is the weather like in the area?

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors, while the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Yes, we have reserved blocks of rooms at select hotels. Please visit the Travel page on our wedding website for a list of these hotels and further details.

Menu & Dietary Restrictions

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We will be serving a guest-select, plated dinner featuring your choice of Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken or Filet Mignon. Both options will be accompanied by Redskin Mashed Potatoes and Whiskey Carrots. Please indicate your preference when you RSVP.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

The kitchen will accommodate any dietary restrictions provided. When you RSVP, please list any and all dietary restrictions when selecting your dinner choice, and we will ensure that the kitchen is informed. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, there will be an open bar. Please plan your travel arrangements ahead of time. We highly encourage the use of hotel shuttles, Uber, or Lyft. Please do not drink and drive. Your safety is our top priority.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 2122 Mountain Wind Loop, Bryan, TX 77807. Additionally, there will be a wedding card box available at our reception. We appreciate your generosity and look forward to celebrating with you!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

This will be an unplugged event, so we ask that our guests turn off their devices during the ceremony, speeches, and first dances. We will have professional photographers and videographers on hand to capture these special moments, and we want to ensure their work isn't obstructed by phones. We encourage you to fully immerse yourselves in the moment and promise to share our photos and videos when they're ready. There will be designated photo opportunities during cocktail hours and the reception after speeches and dances, and we encourage you to snap away during these times and at these locations. Can I post wedding photos on social media?
