We understand that trying to plan a trip takes time to process and complete, so, we have gone ahead and hopefully made part of this process a little easier. We

hope we have given each one of you enough time to get all affairs in order (i.e. passports) but also, we are here to help with any questions that you may have.

The Perez-Madrigal Wedding party will be at the Sheraton Bungavilias Resort. We have contracted a Group Rate for their All-Inclusive Plan with a Deluxe Ocean View Room.

The main core nights that must be part of the group rates are January 20th-January 23rd. 3 Nights/4 Days. You can extend your stay 1-to-3 days before the core dates and/or 1-to-3 days after the core dates with the same rates provided. The total number of days you are given with this group rate is 9 Nights/10 Days. The first night can be as early as January 17th and the last night can be January 25th. The number of days is up to your discretion, but you must be staying during the core days.

Our assumption is that most of the group will be arriving on January 18th and possibly staying until January 23rd or 24th.

Everyone is welcome to stay at the Sheraton with us at the Group Rate*.

The sooner you book, the sooner the room is secured at the best rate. **

*If you do book through the group rate, all rooms must be booked by Sept. 20th.

**Rates are subject to change, once the group limit is reached.

We are finalizing the contract for the Hotel. All information presented is currently accurate. We are working on the number of possible rooms. So, if you are interested in a Group Rate Room, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can secure a room for your group with the best rate. Once we can secure your room, you will then be able to proceed to contact the Hotel to book your room and dates.

What’s Included with the All-Inclusive Plan if you choose the group rate:

-All pricing includes Room, Food and Beverages.

-Food & Beverage averages about $63 per adult per day.

-Room format: 1 King bed or 2 doubles. (subject to availability)

-Room Service.

-Minibar included with daily replenishment.

-La Villita Restaurant – International buffet menu – breakfast, lunch & dinner.

-Unlimited dinners at the a la carte specialty restaurants. Reservation is required, dress code applies

-La Pergola Restaurant – Snacks – buffet & a la carte.

-Domestic and international beverages by the house from 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 a.m. at the Hotel restaurants and bars (all beverages are by the glass, one per time and

according to restaurants & bars schedule).

- Mexican Fiesta every Thursday (when weather permitting). This is not a private event.

-Sunday Champagne Brunch at La Villita Restaurant with live Mariachi and Marimba music. This is not a private event.

- Beach and pool waiter service.

Other Services provided at the Resort:

We understand that an abroad trip can be a little demanding on the wallet, so we want to make sure that even though we will be staying at the Sheraton, it

doesn’t mean you are obligated to stay there as well. If you do want to stay at the hotel but don’t want to join the All-Inclusive group rate, and rather just book the room instead, feel free to book just through the Sheraton website for a room.

Air Travel:

This will depend on what day you will be travelling on and what airport. Our main hope is that you just give yourselves plenty of time just in case of any delays or cancelations. Look out for when airlines have deals, usually starting Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. Majority of those attending will be flying out of Sacramento or San Francisco on January 18th or January 19th. If flying out of Sacramento, Alaska Airlines will start flying direct flights on Saturdays starting in January to Puerto Vallarta. That might be something to look into for those flying out of Sacramento. All other major airlines fly to Puerto Vallarta as well. We will be flying Southwest earlier in the week.

Wedding Venue:

The wedding will be taking place at Playa Majahuitas. This is booked through Adventure Weddings.
