There will be a group rate for all those that are interested (See Sheraton Group Rate Tab). We currently have a decent number of rooms blocked for those interested.

The group rate will include the All-Inclusive plan. Food and Beverage included. This is for all adults and kids. Ocean View Room with 1 King bed or 2 double beds. (Subject to availability.) Anyone that doesn't want to partake in the All-Inclusive Plan will have to book their own reservation either with Sheraton or make other accommodations of their choosing.

Unfortunately, no. El Deli, UMAI and Nine Ninety 9 are the only dining options not part of the plan. It does provide 11 other possible options.

They have a market, spa, gym, kids club, hair salon, tennis courts and 2 pools.

Guest must stay the 3 core dates. Monday 1/20-Thursday 1/23. 3 nights/4 days. Guests are allowed to stay as early as Friday 1/17 and as long as Saturday 1/25. It's up to guest to determine however long they want to stay at Sheraton with the group rate. It can be 1-to-3 nights before the core dates or 1-to-3 nights after the core dates. For a total of 9 nights. (Subject to availability)

We expect majority of guest to arrive Saturday 1/18. But it is truly up to guest when they are able to.

Guest would need to book their group rate reservations by September 20th for the best rate available. And even though we do have a decent number of rooms blocked, it is best to reserve your rooms as soon as you can, especially for specific room size (1 King or 2 Double).

If the group rate rooms are still available, you can still reserve a room, but rates are subject to change depending on availability. If all blocked rooms have been reserved, reach out to us, so we can see if we can get another group rate for those still wanting to join us at Sheraton. (10 rooms min to do a group rate)

If you might be traveling solo or just have an odd number party traveling with you and would like to find a roommate to bring the room cost down a little bit, let us know so we can see who else is looking for a roommate as well.

It is a 5-minute walk to reach the outskirts of Centro Puerto Vallarta.

10-minute taxi ride.

Even though a lot of places are going more towards credit cards, it is still always best to have Mexican pesos on you as well. Physical currency is still widely used down in Puerto Vallarta. There is quite a bit of places that are cash only in Centro Puerto Vallarta and with Taxi's. It is either best to request pesos with your local bank or through Mexican bank ATMs in Puerto Vallarta. The Puerto Vallarta airport and the hotels can exchange US dollars to pesos, but the exchange rate is not that great.

Air travel is going to be at your discretion. Mainly depending on the day and where you are flying out of. We will be flying using Southwest, but we do know all major airlines will have some sort of flights depending on day, location and time.

We do just ask that everyone plan accordingly. Give yourselves plenty of time when it comes to connections/layovers. Hopefully Microsoft remembers to not get hacked again.

Beachy Dress Casual.

Depending on where guest will be staying at, guest will need to starting looking for a taxi by 3:45 PM to arrive at Puerto Magico Marina no later than 4 PM. Guest will follow wedding signs to go through port entrance and take the boat provided by Adventure Weddings to Playa Majahuitas.

The boat ride will be an hour long. Drinks will be provided.

Unfortunately, no. It will be one boat bringing everyone back at the same time. Leaving at 10:30 PM and arriving back at the Marina at 11:30 PM.

Taxi's will be waiting at the marina.
