Should I wait to book my hotel?
We recommend **booking as soon as possible**! By booking early, you’ll be able to:
Guarantee your room type: Rooms are limited, and booking early ensures you get the room you prefer.
Stay in the wedding room block: Rooms in our reserved block are first-come, first-served. Booking now guarantees you’ll be near the rest of the group.
Waiting too long could mean missing out on these benefits, as the block and preferred room types may sell out quickly!

Bride & Groom’s Top 3 Things to Bring
1. Sunscreen! That Caribbean sun ain’t no joke, and neither is the price of sunscreen in the gift shop😂🤣
2. Any medication you may need, over-the-counter too!
3. Comfy sandals/shoes. Ladies, high heels are nice, but a dressy sandal is best 🩷

Traveling to Mexico: From CUN Airport to the Resort
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Please keep in mind that it can take some time to go through customs, pick up your luggage, and travel about 45 minutes to the resort. Once there, check-in time may mean your room isn’t ready right away. For example, if your flight arrives at 11:39 AM, you might not get into your room until around 4 PM. We recommend planning ahead so you’ll have plenty of time to relax and get ready for the Welcome White Party on the 2nd!
