Why Utah?

Well, we live here! While we understand that travel may not be possible for everyone, we hope that those who can make the trip enjoy this beautiful state as much as we do. For those looking to extend their trip, we would be happy to provide you with additional travel recommendations for Southern Utah and beyond.

How do I get to the wedding?

High West Distillery requires outside transportation for wedding guests so buses will be provided between the DoubleTree Hotel and High West. There are a small number of parking spots available at the venue for guests. If you require access to a vehicle and would like to reserve one of these spots please reach out to us directly at lukeanddelaney@gmail.com. Note that, although ride share apps are available in the area, options may be limited.

Will the ceremony and reception be outside?

Yes! The ceremony will be fully outside and the reception will be partially outside. Although Utah in July will be warm, the ceremony will not be starting until after 6 pm. Temperatures can fluctuate quite a bit when the sun goes down so we recommend bringing a light layer. Be sure to bring some sunglasses as well!

Are young children invited?

Aside from select children in the wedding party and immediate family, the ceremony and reception will be adults only. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you take this as an opportunity for a fun night out!

How do I get to the welcome party?

City Park is located right off the bus line (yay to free public transit!) and is also within walking distance of multiple local hotels, including the DoubleTree. For those who are renting a car, there is parking close by but be aware this can sometimes be limited due to summer events and rec leagues.

Can I take photos during the wedding?

We have hired a photographer and videographer to capture the day and invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. We ask that guest refrain from taking photos on their phones or personal cameras until the clock strikes cocktail hour. After that, feel free to take as many photos as you like (and share them with us!)
